Some new additions to the Technical Support Team

5th July 2023

Our technical support staff play a vital role in helping schools to get up and running with our software and are always on hand if you need some advice during your subscription. We’re delighted to welcome three new members to the team!

Hello! I’m excited to be a part of Crick’s team as the new Graduate Technical Support Analyst. Before working at Crick Software, I graduated with a degree in Media and Communications, but wanted to develop a career in tech. After graduating I was able to gain valuable experience within the sector as a technical analyst. I’m very keen to keep expanding my knowledge in this area at Crick.

In my spare time I enjoy watching football and experimenting with new cooking recipes that I find on YouTube!

I have recently joined the technical support team as a Graduate Trainee. I have a degree in computer science. My previous work position was within the hospitality sector, but I am thrilled to have moved into a role where I can implement my technical expertise to help develop and maintain such transformative educational products.

Outside of work, I like to keep active. I’m a regular gym-goer, played rugby for many years, and plan to take up boxing and kickboxing again if I can fit them in!

I’m very excited to be Crick Software’s newest Technical Graduate Trainee. Although I have just left university with a degree in computer games design, I’ve had previous work experience within education as both a Teaching Assistant and IT support, so I feel really strongly about Crick’s aims and purpose within education and am ready to put my all into improving the already amazing services that the company provides!

When I’m not working, my main hobbies are gaming, writing, and spending time with friends.

Remember, you can reach our Support team whenever you need them by calling 01604 671691, emailing support@cricksoft.com or completing the support request form on our website.
