Welcome Bridget, Julia, and Kimberly to Crick Software!

August 24, 2022

It’s been a busy few months at Crick, and as we prepare for the new academic year, we also have some fantastic new members of the UK team that we’d like to introduce you to.

Bridget Philpott

I’m excited to be a part of Crick’s Marketing team as Content Manager. My previous experience is in Primary Teaching and Leadership, having taught at a school for seven years. During this time, I developed a keen interest in writing educational content for a range of audiences, and became a big fan of Clicker, so I really am delighted about my new role!

In my spare time I enjoy running through Northamptonshire’s countryside and playing the piano. But my favorite thing is to catch up with family and friends, especially if it involves a dog-friendly pub!

I have recently joined the company as Support Manager, bringing a wealth of Customer Service and Support Helpdesk experience, gained in both the UK and the Middle East. My previous position was within the Technology sector, and I’m thrilled to continue working in a role where delivering an exceptional customer experience is paramount.

I live with my husband, daughter, two adopted Arabian Mau Cats, and two very cheeky Chihuahuas. My spare time is filled with music, traveling, and spending time with my young Dressage horse.

Kimberly Langley

From 2010, I have held roles ranging from Classroom Teacher in a Melbourne special education school, to Inclusive Education Teacher in Sydney mainstream schools, to Assistant Head Teacher in a special education school in the UK. I am a fervent believer in Inclusion, so much so that I completed my Masters of Inclusive Education in 2018 while working full-time.

I am so thrilled to be bringing my knowledge and experience into EdTech, which has been a perfect sidestep out of the classroom. As the Renewals Executive, I get to bring my ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and my love of data and problem solving, to the role.

Outside of work, I organize and play on two tag rugby teams each week and explore as much of the beautiful island as possible with my husband, whether it be hiking or cycling. We still have a few counties to go but have managed to cover quite a spread over these past three years.

We’re thrilled to have Bridget, Julia, and Kimberly on board, and excited by all the great ideas they have for supporting you and your learners this year and beyond!
