• Training is invoiced at the time of booking the session and includes expenses. Invoices are due within 30 days.

  • So that we can deliver the best training experience possible, at a pace that’s suitable for attendees, please aim to join online training sessions five minutes early. If you are 20 minutes or more late to an online training session, it will need to be postponed and rescheduled.

  • Training packages must be used within your current subscription period - they cannot be carried over to subsequent subscription periods.

  • It is the responsibility of your organisation to schedule any training purchased or included in a package. Any training left unused at the end of your subscription period will be lost.

  • For training that includes hands-on time with the software, it is the responsibility of your organisation to ensure that there are enough devices with the software installed for your delegates.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • A training session is only considered to be confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent to your organisation by Crick Software. If a date is OFFERED but not CONFIRMED then it is still available for another organisation, if requested. Bookings will be available on a first come, first served basis.
