The Crick USB Switch Box isn't working

You've plugged it in but it doesn't seem to be working.


To resolve the problem, try the following:

  • If using a laptop, ensure it's plugged in rather than running on battery power.
  • Connect the Switch Box to a different USB port.
  • Use a different USB cable.
  • Use a powered USB hub.
  • Connect the Switch Box to a different computer.

If the Switch Box still isn't working after trying all these steps, please contact Support.
