Database update isn't working

When using USB Keys 2, the database update doesn't seem to work.

Resolution

The download is probably being blocked by a firewall / proxy server.

To resolve this problem, ask your ICT Support to add the following URLs to the firewall / proxy server:

Windows URL:
http://www.switchindex.com/database/USBKeysApps.uka

Mac URL:
http://www.switchindex.com/database/USBKeysApps.muka
