How do I set up picture shortcuts in DocsPlus?

You would like to set up picture shortcuts for easy access.


You can make a particular picture folder easy to access by setting up a shortcut to it:

  1. Click Picture in the top Document ribbon tab and choose Browse.
  2. In the Pictures window, click the Home icon to ensure you’re in the correct location.
  3. Click the bottom-left Cog icon and choose New Shortcut.
  4. Browse to your folder and click OK.

The shortcut will now appear whenever you browse for pictures.

To rename or delete a shortcut, select it and then click the Cog icon.
