How can I share my Clicker files?

You'd like to share your Clicker files between devices or send them to other people.

I can't delete files in Explorer

When right-clicking a file in the Explorer, the Delete option is dimmed out, or the following error message appears if you choose it:
File cannot be deleted

Resolution

If you get this error, your Windows / Mac account doesn't have permission to delete the file. Please forward this article to your IT Support and ask for read / write access to the relevant network share (see below for location).

If Delete is dimmed out, the file is probably in the Classes or Safe folder. This is done deliberately to prevent accidental deletion. To delete files in these folders, open the folder in Windows Explorer (Mac: Finder):

Clicker / DocsPlus

  1. Click Manage in the Options ribbon tab.
  2. Open the Files tab.
  3. Click the Shared Clicker Files location.
  4. Go into the Classes or Safe folder to delete the file(s).
