What is Switch Access?

Users who cannot use a mouse or keyboard use our software through one or more simple switches, that they press with whichever part of the body they use best.

Our software then scans, enabling the user to activate the chosen item when the switch is pressed.

For example, when using a single switch with Clicker, each item (cell) scans automatically in turn. When you press your switch, the currently highlighted cell is activated, just as if you had clicked on it with the mouse. With two switches, instead of the scan happening automatically at timed intervals, the second switch is used to advance the scan.

Crick USB Switchbox

Our switch box sets the standard in ease of use and flexibility by automatically detecting the software you are using and setting up the switches for you.

We sell simple switches for special needs access.
