Clicker

Overview

Clicker is great for teaching other languages. When used with speech voices, you can create invaluable Clicker resources - or you can download them free from www.learninggrids.com.

You can set up full-screen grids so that each cell contains a picture, and when you click on it, Clicker speaks the selected object - with either synthesized speech or your own.

You can also use writing grids to teach syntax, with speech to reinforce pronunciation.

When using with Clicker language other than English, you may need to use accented characters. Click here for a printable Word document listing key combinations to produce accented characters.
