How can I share my Clicker files?
You'd like to share your Clicker files between devices or send them to other people.
The keyboard / grid area has moved (iPad)
The keyboard / grid area has moved from its usual position and is now obscuring the Document.
Resolution
In our older apps, resizing or moving the iPad keyboard affects the keyboard / grid area. This is a quirk of iOS rather than an intentional feature.
middle of the screen
If the keyboard / grid area is dragged at a specific spot, it will move up the screen.
To move it back down, drag its bottom-right corner downwards (as close to the screen edge as possible).
small and Floating
iPadOS 13 introduced the ability to shrink and move the keyboard (see support.apple.com/HT210758).
This also affects the keyboard / grid area in our apps.
To resolve the issue, restore the iPad keyboard. Outside our app, place two fingers on the floating keyboard and spread them apart.
