We have used Clicker across the whole school to support reading and writing.  It was actually recommended to us by our educational psychologist who felt that many of our children would benefit from the language support it offered us. 

We have been using the talking books to support struggling readers as well as introducing reading in our nursery class. This makes it a very appropriate tool for children throughout the whole school.

get them working on a Clicker book"The children love using the talking books as they are fully engaged and motivated by the use of ICT.  We use them on a one-to-one basis where the children can work independently and as an adjunct to the classroom assistant.   It is just so quick and easy to get them working on a Clicker book.  The speech support is just great – they can hear and model the sentence.

We have only just started using Clicker, but we can see lots of really exciting ways of using it to support our pupils.
