Buying From Us

Online Shopping

Ordering our products online couldn't be simpler:

1. View our Price List and click 'Add' next to an item, to add it to your shopping basket (with no obligation to buy). You can also click 'Add' at the bottom of any of our product pages.
2. When you're ready to buy, click 'Proceed to Checkout' at the bottom of your basket, and enter your payment and delivery details. You won't be charged until we post your order.
3. We will post your order within a few days.

If you are bulk purchasing for a Local Authority, please contact us.

Note: the prices on our website are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT (17.5%). The shop adds VAT to taxable items in your order, unless you live outside the EU.

How to pay

You can pay by credit card or Debit Card or by official order if you're buying for a UK school or college.

If you don't want to shop online, you can print out your shopping basket as an order form (or print out a blank order form) and then fax or post it to us. You can also pay by cheque if you're ordering by post.

Security

Shopping on our website is totally secure - when you decide to buy, you go to a 'secure sockets layer' (SSL) area where you are asked for your name, address and payment details. As it is a secure area, no one can see these details on the internet, and the details are securely encrypted before they are sent to our authorisation centre. The letters 'https' instead of 'http' at the beginning of the web address tell you when you are in a secure area.

We do not store your payment details - they are sent directly to a secure authorisation centre.
