Still coming up with the goods

Chris Drage reports on the evolutionary progress of an ever-expanding BETT Show and the most eye-catching items on display this year.

"Am I getting older or is it that BETT just keeps growing ever bigger?… This is evident too from the size of some of the stands: Crick Software which used to occupy but a mere corner of the SEMERC stand has now moved into 'Crick Towers' -the country seat of Crick!"

Following a review of some of the new hardware products, Chris Drage felt that "On the software scene there were many terrific items on display." And of Crick Software's new products he commented that "at 'Crick Towers' too they were demonstrating a raft of lovely products of which the Planet Wobble talking books are particularly impressive."
