Planet Wobble comes to BETT
BETT 2001, Kensington, Olympia, London
Crick Software, winner of 6 BETT Awards, announces the launch of
Planet Wobble at BETT 2002.
Planet Wobble is a brand new series of innovative materials for
early readers and writers. Delivered on CD, on paper and on-line,
Planet Wobble stories are cross-cultural and totally inclusive.
The animated talking books and related on-screen activities are
firmly rooted in the Literacy Strategy. The books are also presented
in high quality colour print. Children and teachers can visit Planet
Wobble on-line, and can even email the six characters.
Ann Crick, Curriculum Director, said, ‘We’ve seen from
trials in schools that Planet Wobble really engages the children
and is great for the literacy hour.’
The first 12 books and associated materials will be seen for the
first time at BETT. Planet Wobble can be visited at www.planetwobble.com
