WriteOnline new release!

The new WorkSpace function in WriteOnline is now live! This adds the ability to create visual mind maps and diagrams, enabling learners to organize their thoughts and ideas in diagrammatic format before they start to write. This powerful graphic organizer tool is completely integrated into WriteOnline!

It's so intuitive; students will be able to start creating mind maps straight away with no instruction. Just click on the WorkSpace tab at the top of the document, then drag in a shape from the palette or click anywhere and start to type. Students link their ideas as they go, and colour code them to reinforce their structure.

All of WriteOnline's speech, predictor and Wordbar support features are available when creating a mind map or diagram, and it's only a matter of a couple of clicks to send your mind map into your document or better still, transform it into a Wordbar for support as you write.

If you are using the online version of WriteOnline, the update is automatic - you'll see the WorkSpace tab the next time you log in. If you are using the installed version, instructions will be emailed to you enabling you to download the new installer.
