CDCWH5 - Cannot start evaluation because "Your subscription has expired"

You have downloaded the Clicker Docs app from the Chrome Web Store.

However, when you launch it, you get this error message:

Your Clicker Docs subscription has expired

Your subscription has expired. Please place your renewal order or contact us for help.


You are seeing this error message because someone else within your organization's Google Domain has already evaluated Clicker Docs.

In some circumstances, it may be possible to arrange an additional evaluation. To request this, please contact Support.
